What is the difference between Full-Managed and
Self-Managed dedicated hosting service?
Our Full-Managed solution is specifically designed
for our customers who prefer veryservs' highly trained
System Administrators to maintain and monitor their
dedicated servers, operating system and all supported
applications. This type of service is best for companies
who do not have extensive System Administration
resources on-staff. This service enables customers
to best focus on managing and maintaining the site
without worrying about loading software or managing

What level of support is included with the Full-Managed
service?
Our Administrators and Network Engineers fully manage
and maintain the hardware, operating system, and
all 3rd party supported software. In addition to
24x7 technical support, we provide full hardware
maintenance support, 24x7 ping, server and application
process monitoring, application of critical patches
to OS and supported software and full configuration
support for HTTP, FTP, DNS and SMTP services. |

What type of server platform do you use?
We use the award winning Dell® server platforms
for our dedicated servers. This gives you tremendous
stability and excellent customer service. We also
can build more customized solutions if necessary.
Our customized solutions are built on the Intel
platform and can be modified for nearly any desired
solution. These solutions come with the Windows
Server operating system. |

4.
With the Full-Managed Hosting Service, can I install
my own special software on my server?
In order to ensure the integrity and availability
of your Web applications, custom applications must
be evaluated and certified on a case-by-case basis
and approved by our technical support team before
any work can be performed. You should contact your
sales representative who can help you get the application
qualified and certified as a fee-based service.

Are there bandwidth limitations?
The amount of bandwidth available to you depends
upon your initial server customization selections.
If you anticipate needing additional bandwidth,
you can request it, additional fees may apply. |

Once I sign up will I get technical support for
FTP, Email, etc?
Most of the FTP and email related questions are
answered in the web tutorials
section of our support page. If you need additional

the question to us. Our support team will be more
than happy to help you. |

7. Which
mode of support do you prefer, email or telephone?
It has been proved that email support is more effective,
because all problems are documented and can be tracked
easily. Our response time for emails is typically
5-6 business hours. |

8. Can I have my own name
servers for my domain?
Yes you can have your own name servers for your
domain. We can register and maintain your name server
for you. Your name servers will be
ns1.yourdomain.com
ns2.yourdomain.com
with two unique IP addresses.
yourdomain.com will be your domain name. All of
your client's domains will show your name server
information when searched for through any WHOIS
search. The charge for this service is $60 US per
year and you will have to transfer your domain to
us. |

9. Do
you host international domains?
We host all domains authorized by ICANN
including all TLDs and country codes. |
